Vegan Printing – Redefine Meat

Redefine Meat, established 2018, has developed a technology and holds a patent for products, which mimics taste, texture, indulgent of beef and offers high-quality vegetarian products.

The start-up kicks off with meat printing in restaurants this year. That means the steak is printed directly at the point-of-sale. The restaurants buy the printer and can tailor the recipe as they like.

The PHW Group cooperates strategically with Redefine Meat since 2019.
